Archispeak

Kinaesthesia is a subtle aspect of our sensorial appreciation of space; it is a kind of sixth sense. It
concerns space that is primarily experienced through the skin and muscles in response to our position within
it or movement through it.

Movement

So yesterday i broke up the word kinaesthesia in to my understanding.

Today Im going to explain in my own interpretation of movement with the essence of kinaesthesia.

Im going to preview my own work which illustrates movement in a seemingly chaotic view.

At a first glance they seem to look like scribbles, but actually taking the time to look at them and trying to comprehend the drawings its kind of speaks for itself. In doing this Im trying to communicate a feeling instead of just a noun (movement).

If any questions please comment below.

Look out for my next post, where ill be or trying to convey yet another break down of kinaesthesia.

Forensic Artist in Residence (3/3)

Kind of off topic but really interesting.

Finding Kinaesthesia

Task at hand.

So Iv been given this project, which requires me to give a presentation on a word taken from archispeak.

Let me first start by saying, this is really difficult.
My word is KINAESTHESIA.
                                                   CLICK ON WORD.

In terms of art there can be so many variations and interpretations of this one word.Trying to squeeze this into 3 minuets is the difficult part.

Iv tried to break it down as follows:     Senses
                                                           Movement
                                                           Texture

Iv moved forward from this break down. Created drawings, and collected pictures. I have an amazing idea but Ill keep it to myself until Iv arranged it all.

Look out for my next post to see how far Iv progressed.
